Model Expo International has one mission, provide knowledge and resources to the fashion industry that empowers models, hairstylist, photographers, make-up artists and clothing designers to take charge of their destiny in the world of fashion. Model Expo International was created by the model industry. We have combined the experience of former and current models, photographers, hairstylists, make up artists and clothing designers into a forum that empowers people in the industry to take charge of their career. In the age of technology the future of the model industry does not walk around waiting to be discovered, those who will be successful in this industry will go out and discover what the industry has to offer. Taking charge requires the collective knowledge that Model Expo brings together in a forum as invigorating and creative as the future of modeling itself. The knowledge that Model Expo imparts upon its participants will change their path to success. Model Expo brings out the “me” in each of us and places it center stage! Whatever your interest in this industry be it petites to high fashion, urban fashion, plus sized, television commercials, runway, commercial print, catalog, convention and promotional, give us four hours and we’ll give you and experience that will make you the most valuable player in your career. Each registrant will receive a two hour hands on knowledge tour with samples and lots of information about the industry along with professional hair and makeup. You’ll conclude your tour with a 1-2 hour photo shoot with a minimal of two looks. If selected by any designer, photographer, hair stylist or make up artist, you will in addition receive the privilege of representing their work and be part of the making of their portfolio or marketing material. Fifty or so guest will be asked to return on Sunday for the opportunity to Rip the Runway in a very special fashion show that will be viewed by your local industry.
